Isakov Evgeny Vladimirovich
In 2007 he graduated from the Belarusian State Aviation Academy (BGAA). After graduating from the Academy, he worked in engineering and management positions in civil aviation companies, in the federal civil aviation authority. He specialized in the field of improving the flight operation system, technical operation system of aircraft and aviation safety.
